More voices from GFCA 2013

The video below – filmed at the Global Forum for Combating Antisemitism which was recently held in Jerusalem –  features  interviews with Kasim Hafeez from the UK and Rev. Majed El Shafie who now lives in Canada after having been forced to leave his native Egypt in 1998 due to religious persecution.

  1. Jews should learn from those women who never let on how really smart they are. It’s proved a very successful strategy for being admired by others and not seen as competition. Most folks’ egos are very fragile, and they find it difficult to accept how pedestrian their persons are.

  2. Those guys are good, very good. More power to their elbows.

  3. Very impressive speakers. I was struck by one argument – moderate Muslims must do more to tackle the problem of radical Islamists. I think this is very true. If the argument about radical Islamists comes from within the Muslim community, it will have far more effect, than criticism or hostility only from outside.
