Have your say: UK parliament hosting online discussion on BBC impartiality

The House of Commons Petitions Committee is currently hosting an online discussion concerning BBC impartiality on its Facebook page.

The link to the related petition – which is to be debated in Parliament on July 15this here.

Apparently (see under ‘other parliamentary business’ at that link) it is only possible to participate in that online discussion by means of Facebook.

  1. It is significant that we have to voice our opinions using Facebook, that certainly narrows down the field significantly, also it is only open for 48 hours, more massaging of the truth, it took parliament well over a month to decide a date for debate whereas some other petitions that reached their goal and also began in January have by now already been debated.
